Thank you for your order, we really appreciate every single customer who is continuing to support us throughout this time. We just thought we’d email you with an update of the current situation regarding this dispatch and delivery of your order. All parcels will continue to be dispatched, as normal, within 2 working days of the date of your order. Please see below for further delivery information.

UK Orders:

Once dispatched, your order should be with you in 1-2 working days. From the latest courier updates, there are no reported delays with delivery. In order to protect both the delivery drivers and customers as much as possible, they will not be handing over hand-held devices to customers to capture electronic signatures. Instead, they will mark the delivery with geo-location tagging, and record the first and last name of the person receiving the parcel(s).

Republic of Ireland Orders:

Once dispatched, your order should be with you in 3-5 working days. From the latest courier updates, there are no reported delays with delivery. Instead, they will mark the delivery with geo-location tagging, and record the first and last name of the person receiving the parcel(s).

Italy Orders:

At this stage, we are still able to ship 99% of our orders. However, if you have chosen your delivery address as a business address, please contact us with an alternative residential address as soon as possible, and we will endeavour to change this for you with the courier. Due to the current situation in Italy, once dispatched, your order should be with you in 5-8 working days. The courier will now make one delivery attempt, and then automatically return the items back to us. For our larger items there are delays in the following postcodes: Modena: from 41010 to 41126 and Genova: from 16010 to 16167. If the delivery address falls under one of these postcodes, please contact us on support@bluefintrading.co.uk for more information on the delays.

Germany Orders:

Once dispatched, your order should be with you in 3-5 working days. However, DPD have advised, from their latest update, that they are working at a 24 hour delivery delay as it stands. If you have ordered a large item, your order should be with you in 4-6 working days from dispatch. From the latest courier updates, there are no reported delays with delivery of these items.

Spain Orders:

France Orders:

If you have ordered a large item, your order should be with you in 4-6 working days from dispatch. For our larger items there are delays in the following postcodes: 07110, 07120, 07140, 07150, 07170, 07200, 07230, 07260, 07330, 07380, 07450, 07460, 07470, 07510, 07530, 07560, 07590, 07600, 07630 & 07660. If the delivery address falls under one of these postcodes, please contact us on support@bluefintrading.co.uk for more information on the delays.


Other countries with reported delays on delivery include; Austria, Baltics, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Norway, Poland, Slovenia & Sweden.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping time is 3 to 4 days.  In the event the product you’d like is on pre-order, you should add 3 to 4 days to the available from date in the listing.

FREE SHIPPING TO UK AND NORTHERN IRELAND

Delivery is FREE and takes 3 to 4 working days from dispatch.

IRELAND

EUROPE

We can deliver anywhere in Europe for between £10-30 depending on your location. Please use the contact us form to obtain a delivery quote.

REST OF WORLD

If you are outside of the UK or Europe please contact us using the contact us form. Make sure you give us an accurate delivery address and one of our team will get you a competitive delivery quote.


If I order now will I get my SUP by X date?

Please keep in mind that our standard shipping is 3 to 4 days business days.  You should also allow 1 day for processing. The exception to this would be if the product is on pre-order in which case the ship date will be listed on the product page. You can estimate arrival time based on the available by date plus 3 to 4 business days.

Can I order it now and have you hold it to arrive by X date?

Unfortunately, we can’t hold individual orders to ship at a specific date in the future. The logistics of this are incredibly difficult and we do not like to disappoint. Please hold off on your order until you are ready to receive it.

Do you have next day shipping or expedited options?

We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

What kind of time-lapse should I expect between hitting order and dispatch?

A good question you raise.  For next day orders placed before 2:00 pm the processing occurs the same day as your order is placed.  For all other orders, please factor in 1 business day for processing time.

Can the courier call me to tell me exactly when they’ll arrive so I can meet them?

The courier won’t call you for SUP deliveries but you should receive an automated tracking email before delivery.  If you do not receive this email, it does not mean your order hasn’t shipped. If you have passed the 3 to 4 day window and are wondering where your SUP might be, please contact us at sup-support@bluefintrading.co.uk

I am in Shetland or the Highlands. Do you ship up here?

Fear not northerly Scots, we do indeed ship to you and it only takes 3 to 4 days at that.

I have a complicated address, how can I leave extra instructions for the courier?

We know there are a lot of quirky addresses out there and sometimes the delivery person needs extra information. You can leave a note in the comments of your order or use the extra address lines to pop in more information.
