All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Next Day Shipping: Our next day (express) delivery policy aims to provide swift service for orders placed before 12pm, ensuring delivery by the next working day to UK mainland postcodes. For these heavier items, our nominated carrier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day. Orders over £100 qualify for next day delivery under these conditions.

*Express delivery does not include Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays as a delivery day. Please note next day delivery is not available for the Mammoth, Cruise Carbon 15' & Voyage boards or for items over 30kg.

Standard Shipping: All orders over £100 are eligible for our free standard delivery service, which aim to deliver within 1-3 working days. Orders under £100 can enjoy our same great service for just £2.99.

Please note that all items purchased may be shipped separately, and some of our smaller accessories may only be eligible for our Standard Shipping service. Should you have any further queries or require assistance, our dedicated Customer Service team is readily available at support@bluefintrading.co.uk. 

Any orders placed after 12pm using our standard delivery service please allow up to 3 working days to receive your product. In case you anticipate that you will not be home during the delivery attempt, rest assured that the carrier will make every effort to ensure successful delivery by:

• Delivering to a Neighbor: If you have a trusted neighbor who can accept the package on your behalf, the carrier will attempt to deliver to them.
• Safe Place: If you have a designated safe place on your property where the package can be left securely, please let the carrier know.

Additional Info

If you are due to receive a free gift with your product please be aware this will be sent as a separate package.

Any orders with a delivery address at a pack station or PO box are unable to be delivered by our couriers. Doing so will automatically cancel your order, so please ensure you use a business or residential address on your order. 

Deliveries can only be made to a ground floor location and therefore any further transport to another locality will be the responsibility of the customer
