Introducing the Cruise Lite Paddle board – our lightest SUP yet. The11'4 model clocks in at just 8.4kg when fully inflated. We've been able to do this by using a single-layer woven drop stitch and lighter handles, bungee cords, and camera mounts. But don't let its weight fool you; it's got quality where it counts. We've reinforced it with a 5" drop stitch core and kept the signature hull shape of our beloved Cruise all-rounder. Plus, there's a full-length deckpad for a stable paddling experience.
It's an all-around winner, perfect for beginners, intermediates, and anyone who wants a super-light stand up paddle board for their adventures. Ideal for families and kids too. This paddleboard package is designed for convenience, with a swift mini dual-action pump and a 5-piece fibre glass paddle. Even with all the extras, it weighs just 12.2kg for the 11'4 model. Which size is right for me
The Cruise Lite Range comes in sizes 10' and 11'4. If you're a solo paddler who is under 6ft and weighs under 125kg the 10' would be best suited for you. On the other hand if you or you and your crew weigh over 125kg the 11'4 would bebest suited. If you want friends or SUP Pups to join you on the water the 11'4 would be the best choice.
Can the board be used on any type of water?
The Cruise Lite range has been designed for both still lakes and sea waves. Its construction is made up of single layer drop stitch, and can be used on still lakes or sea waves. Compared to the carbon range the Cruise Lite SUPs won't preform best on choppy waters due to their lighter construction. Just make sure you have your lifetjacket and safety leash attached whenever you get on the water.
Does the lighter material compromise the boards strength?
The Cruise Lite package is over 35% lighter than our Cruise range, to achieve this the sup paddle board has been designed with a single layer woven dropstitch. Without compromising the Lite range still maintains Bluefins high quality materials and design and can support a user weight of up to 150kg.
