Free Shipping Over £100
We’ve got your back with free delivery for orders over £100. For orders under £100, there’s only a small, non-refundable £2.99 fee. If you are making a UK order before 12pm your parcel should arrive within 2 working days, any orders after 12pm please allow up to 3 working days to receive your product.
If you are due to receive a free gift with your product this will be sent as a separate package and may have a longer delivery period.
For our heavier items, over 30kg in weight, we offer a free Room of Choice delivery service. Our delivery partner will be in contact to arrange a delivery date that works for you, but please allow up to two additional working days for these products to ship.
Additional Info
Any orders with a delivery address at a pack station or PO box are unable to be delivered by our couriers.
Doing so will automatically cancel your order, so please ensure you use a business or residential address on your order.
Deliveries can only be made to a ground floor location and therefore any further transport to another locality will be the responsibility of the customer.
